Join us for a fun day of painting "Sugar Maples", a quintessential Vermont scene reminiscent of days gone by.  Our evening starts with a few practice sketches, then we move on to the creative painting process of LEARNING TO PAINT! You will learn and understand key elements in making beautiful artwork, whether direct from life, or from your photographs using your newly found expression techniques.  You will have a new understanding of the ways to capture the essence of a scene much like that of Impressionism.  Allowing yourself time to create will be fun and therapeutic, and will set you on your way to enjoying an artist's life.  Margaret Wiseheart has been creating something 2 or 3 dimensional since a very young age. Her background as a clothing and costume designer lends itself to her newly found ambition to release the creative energy onto canvas. As a self taught artist, she has an understanding of the struggles and challenges in learning to paint, and she has acquired some of the techniques and tips which will accelerate your growth as an artist, as it did hers.  So don't wait, sign up soon.
